Can I pay yearly and get a discount?

Yes. We give annual subscriptions a 10% discount. They
are displayed above in the pricing chart.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Happo is a flexible service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "Billing and Payments" in your Happo account to change your plan.

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. Happo is a flexible service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB. At this time, we only accept payments online. All of our payments follow USD pricing.

What happens if I remove a member from my team?

Those with an annual subscription can give a free spot to a new member at no additional charge. Monthly subscribers do not have free seats and will have to pay for their subscription retroactively the following month. Happo will auto-adjust the billing plan for the new billing cycle to make sure it only includes filled seats.
