Yes. We give annual subscriptions a 10% discount. The discounted prices for yearly billing are displayed above in the pricing chart.
Yes. Happo is flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "Billing and Payments" in your Happo account to change your plan.
No. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel you simply won’t be billed again (until next time you upgrade your subscription :)).
Our free trial of Happo Standard is 14 days long. After 14 days you choose to stay in Standard or downgrade to our Happo Free tier.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB. All of our payments follow USD pricing. Need an invoice? Email us at support@happo.com.
Those with an annual subscription can give a free spot to a replaced member at no additional charge. Monthly subscribers do not have free seats and will have to pay for their subscription retroactively the following month. Happo will auto-adjust the billing plan for the new billing cycle to make sure it only includes filled seats.
